How to get over mentally abuse?

I had this experience about this guy how mentally abused me for like 3 months and I didn’t know it until I left him and it’s kinda messed up my thinking I don't know how to get over it or how to trust men anymore

If the man does not love you, he will deceive you. He will lie to you until he establishes a sexual relationship with you and takes what he wants from you.. which makes you know whether he really loves you or not. It is the first time I keep a chat on daily communication video calls etc.. Through his interest in you, you will know whether his love is true or that he is lying. I hope that I have helped you really.. there are honest men who truly love, but with strangers something differs culturally such as customs and traditions and so on.. in the end, I advise you to take the time before entering into a direct relationship with anyone
