You don't need encouragement because you are killing it! I bet you fell better already. And think how much better you're going to feel when you're under 200. And oh yeah, it's going to happen! Because 30lbs. Is NOT a fluke. That didn't just happen. You EARNED it! Be proud of it and keep up the good work. You made need to tweak a few things here and there but success builds on itself. The hardest part is those first 10 lbs. After that you have the recipe for success.

First rule of human behavior: change is best taken slow and manageable. There's no time limits, no real authority on what weight you should be (BMI is questioned, so is a lot of others).

So congrats! Keep it up! Reward yourself. And if you stumble a bit don't take it as a sign to give up. There are no signs. Just excuses we use :)
