Is this consider a red flag?

I’ve been seeing this guy for about a few months and so far he’s been really sweet and caring. He tells me how beautiful I am all the time and makes me feel better. However one day, I decided to let him add me on Facebook which he saw the pictures I took. He gets really mad at the pictures and also tells me they are not pretty. On the pictures are a little cleavage but nothing too much.

I would mark it as a... Orange flag. He feels like controlling because your Facebook profile is yours and you are not even officially a couple as far as I understood, so it's far from being his business. On the other side, I assume he wasn't mad because of some cleavage but probably you take photos in sexy/provocative poses, like the ones you'd use on Tinder, with an angle etc. Maybe he thought you take these photos while still dating him because you want to keep your options open with other guys, by posting such pictures, and he felt like he can't trust you. This is why the flag is yellow for me.
I think you should first clarify to yourself if you are really going to be exclusive to him and why you are posting attractive pictures, then if you aren't doing that to get male's attention then you tell him. If you are doing that for male's attention instead, then you should tell him you are not official and clarify where you stand in this relationship, or, take a step further and become a couple.
While if your pictures were normal, not meant to be attractive but just with cleavage, then he would cross a boundary by expecting you to change your dresscode and he would be exaggerately jealous and controlling in that case, and he would try to control how you dress while going out alone without him, too. This is where the flag would be red.
