I still have horrible flashbacks of this.

In college this guy told me he was interested in me as a joke. We kissed that's all really, some second base action too. But then he told all his friends that I had slept with him and would sleep with anyone basically. I was harassed in college. Guys heard these rumors and made fun of me. I was really unhappy at this time. I can understand just wanting sex but like the other stuff not really? Thoughts?
