Why hasn’t he said anything?

i was seeing this guy for about 6 weeks, I broke things off once already and then started talking to him again like a day later. I realized he was seeing someone else, I asked him about it and he lied.. he started acting weird and not seeing me as much so I broke things off with him, he never responded but still watches all of my stories on IG.

Why hasn’t he responded to my message breaking things off? Does that mean he doesn’t care and should I reach out to him?

Well we weren’t exactly in a relationship, we were just seeing each other so he wasn’t cheating. And I ended things mostly because he was being weird, which is what I told him.
