It's not black-and-white. People don't exist in these clean-cut arbitrary categories where you're either promiscuous or innocent. There's an in-between and nuance exists.

I try not to make judgments or assumptions about people. Having more or less partners doesn't make you any better of a person.

Also, most importantly is what do YOU prefer. Whether you have a lot of partners or very few, either option is fine. Be yourself.
