This guy is so confusing. He calls me all these pet names (bebe, babe, my queen). He says we are friends but makes jokes about dumping me. We’ve had sex in the past but not anymore. We literally sleep in the same bed and dont have sex. When I do spend the night. Whenever I talk about other guys or guy friends. He gets upset and ignores me for days. He has helped pay some of my bills. We recently made a purchase together and he texted me saying Thank you for today you have a friend for life. Why is he calling me his friend but act like it more than friends.

Good, sounds like he needs to be set straight. He probably believes that if he uses the 'friends' cover it will throw everyone off. The reality is his friends are laughing at him behind his back.
