What personality do successful man look for in a woman? How old should they be? How do they look like?

The obvious one is Loyalty. Simple but impossible to prove until the end. So every one of these men will make you sign a prenup. It's not they don't trust you but they don't even trust themselves.

Second is sexual compatibilities. If it wasn't for this they would have gotten another man. Yeah, they ain't gay so they need to get sexual. The woman has to at least like the guy sexually or it will never work out.

Third is good financial sense. The 1st makes a woman a good "toy" to fool around but this third point promotes her to wife. Unless she can manage a ton of money and probably grow them in the process then she probably isn't worthy to hold that much money.

Forth is resolve. Life is never smooth. The more successful you are the more hatred you will draw. If they can't hurt the guy then they will go after his family. The wife is the first target. Without a strong resolve to see things through then the woman will ended up destroying herself by rumors and humiliation.

Finally, capabilities. Being able to take hits is good but able to retaliate is much better. There is no better defense than a good offense. Maybe she can get even or she just need to prove that she is better. Just show that she is not an easy target.

That should take days or months. It should be as concrete as possible.
Figure out your non-negotiables and focus on those.

To give my two cents, I would say communication is the ultimate thing that matters in any relationship. Simply having someone you can communicate with I believe makes things work.
For some people, physical appearance does matter, but there are a lot of women who are pretty, sexy and hot. It takes a high dose of wisdom and discipline to be a good communicator, to not just talk but actually do so in a way the other person will understand, and at the same time, being willing to listen, pay attention and expect a response 👌🏾
