Guys, Does my friend/co-worker/friends with benefits have feelings or is he just being nice?

Me and my male friend/co-worker/friends with benefits have a very weird situation that I cannot seem to figure out. I ride with him to work and he drops me at home.

He told me that he likes me, but he is using it to get what he wants and when he gets it he feels guilty about it. We decided that there has to be rules between us with the friends with benefits. I made my rules and he is just so laid back and told me I can do whatever I want. He wants to be exclusive with the friends with benefits.

He is emotionally unavailable and I understand. He is a very secretive and personal person. He won't share even the slightest info with anyone.

One time we were on our way home and he wanted me to catch his hand. When I did he took my hand and held my hand but with fingers intertwined, later he did put his hand on my leg. He told a few peolple that he likes me but he just won't make a move. Although we see each other Mon-Fri we still text while at work.

At one stage I wanted to get another ride to work and he wasn't very happy about it, I could also see that his mood and face dropped. I told him that I will have to drive with my own car for one day for a reason he is aware of and he just said to me no, we will leave work earlier together that day.

He also apologise for no reason. If he is not feeling well he will say sorry and explain himself. I never asked him to.

He is still struggeling to open up to me but will tell me why he is acting a certian way. He will tell me where he caught the flu from. He will share what he will be doing at night or over weekends. He will also start to tell me how he is feeling but with little info. He will tell me stories about his family and we will have a discussion some times. He will tell me personal things about his life. But not in to much depth.

He loves to tease me as well and if I react in a playful manner he will smile or laugh or go red.

He gets jealous if I hug my one friend at work as well.
