So I met this guy through a friend and we haven't talked much but ever since then we started texting and he said that he loves me and he has been insisting that and I finally tried to give in I tried to show him that I will try to reciprocate those feelings and he does things that make me feel like he really loves but I don't know he spent almost all his entire savings to make me have the grandiest birthday party he introduces me to his friends and family like his brother and younger brother know me like many of his friends know me and he always makes time know matter how busy he is he texts every morning and every night like we text all day
he's into the PDA like he's not afraid to show the world that he is mine he hugs in public and he kisses me in public and he even says when your friends say if you have got a man tell them it's me I want all your friends to know that I am your man and he says I love you as often as he can and the problem comes when he says that he doesn't want any strings attached that he can't fall in love since the last breakup hurt him so bad and when he finds a girl to fall in love he will fall in love with her but right now he's not yet ready to fall in love and I am starting to fall for him I don't know what I should do I mean I am not getting ahead of myself what do these gestures mean if I am "just a friend" or do you think there's something more to his heart that I don't know about

Girl fuck him!!! First off until he said y’all are in a relationship y’all are NOT in a relationship. Men will do things to make you feel as if you’re the number one girl but in reality just doesn’t want you dealing with anyone else. All I will say is continue to fuck him and let him spend his money on you and treat him like a one night stand every time. No spending the night, no extra texts or calls, no dates “hanging out”. Not letting him pay for anything. Ignoring him and reaching out to him when YOU want. Treat him like a friend and not someone you’re dating. He’s literally telling you he will find someone else to love, your just the seat warmer in his sports car. Just goes to show you his friends and family knows he isn’t shit either.
My advice is to move on.
