Difficult to answer such a question, the more I don't have statistics. I guess there are liars in every human society of any origin. Sometimes still, lying has to do with culture. I heard for instance about a particular South-American country that when a guy does not deceive during a transaction, he's not considered a real man. In many countries lying is sometimes a matter of survival. And politicians of any country by the way, aren't they liars by definition?

Definitely Middle Eastern and Indian. There's a lot of catfishes, and they also lie to you in the shops, restaurants and taxis and trick you into paying more than the actual price
