Why this guy no longer talk about sexual things with me?

I have someone that I like, and he said he likes me.. at first he said he's interested in sex and I was like "okay but I don't" but now he's no longer talk about sexual things anymore, when I'm sick he asked about my condition and we talked about relationship and personality and jokes, why? Is he now being nice and not interested in me anymore or what?
