Guys, How do guys get over a break up?

I ended an almost 1 year situationship after he said he didn't want a relationship i haven't heard from him since i didn't rely to his last message i never actually got to say i didn't want to continue or see him again but i said i didn't want to be in a situationship or a f**k buddy…. after almost a year of talking all day everyday and seeing each other at least once a week is it likely hel even miss me or care

All he did was to hop back to one of the other bodies he was seeing when you two were seeing one another. The fact that you treated it as a relationship was not good. The friends with benefits are two pieces of meat in action without affection or emotional attachment.

It is a shame and painful that you "caught feelings."

How could not have caught some feelings it was a long time and i know there was nobody else he was seeing he hadn't time with me we talked all day everyday and seen each other quite often
