Why would a man not secure his Facebook and phone bill accounts to keep his ex-wife from accessing them?

I have a friend who is divorced and his ex-wife continues to access his Facebook and phone bill accounts on a daily basis. He says that it pisses him off, but he still hasn't secured them to keep her out.

He has been divorced for 2 years, his marriage has been over for 3 years. It took a year for the divorce to be final, they both filed for divorce. What could the reason be?

Not if she got part of his retirement fund and the house. She accesses his account online because she knows his login information and he hasn't changed it yet.
