What could I do for my boyfriend if he’s sad?

Context: My boyfriend and I were talking over text on Snapchat and before he said he was sad we just exchanged pictures of us in the moment and then after he sent a pic of him I did the same and said as the caption “you’re so cute!” He said “thats all you” and I said “why? I’m here for you. If you want to share I’ll listen to you or anything you want” and he said that everything was fine and to not worry but I am worried I don’t know how to help.

Any ideas to make him feel better and is what I said okay?

You said EXACTLY the right thing. He needs to know you care and you're there. But not being obsessive.

As for what to do, be the you that you normally are. He needs to know you're there, that you're consistent, and that you care. So just have conversations with him. It'll either make him feel better or take his mind of what's making him sad or he'll open up to you and that'll make him feel better.

Just tell him you’re there for him if he wants to talk. Sometimes tho, just changing subjects and flirting and talking about happy things will make him feel better.
