i went into work yesterday & told my boss I would stay at this job till they can find my replacement.

She was happy she asked if she could hug me.

She said she was getting worried as they can't find a replacement

Also, disappointing that you said you'd stay. Hopefully you gave them a specific date. Otherwise they have ZERO incentive to find someone.

Weird? No. I don't know if a woman tried to shame you or not, but I do know that women love to shame men when they are rejected, feel embarrassed, or simply don't get what they want theses days.. If you don't want to hug a girl, you're more than allowed to say no, just as women can say no in the reverse scenario.
