When I see him talking to other people I get mad inside. I feel used and discarded. I’m glad he finally stopped. Never thought he would. Even after I told him stop many times. But I still was led on and used by him because of his flirting at work with me. Anyway how do I deal? It’s almost like probably how a breakup with a coworker feels but not as bad obviously.

You thought his “rude/obnoxious flirting” was SLIGHTLY, possible, genuine interest in you and when he did that to the other girls, you realized he wasn’t genuinely interested, so even though you didn’t care before, it hurts now.

Ask for a kiss. Kiss him and then after say fuck you, and never get involved with him again.

What must be understood here, is that he didn’t value you while you valued something he did, so it hurts and feels like betrayal. You could only hurt him if you got him to value something and snatch that back away. Not every guy values like that… many are hard headed and hard cocked so… not a lot of blood to the brain and no emotions are happening lol

Best you can do to anyone is like them with success and start occupying your own time on you FOR YOU. Love yourself better than anyone else. Yeah you can’t flirt with yourself… but you don’t need that, and you can love yourself better than his shallow CHEAP flirting, and better than anyone else.

I suppose I can see your point, with her thinking she was somehow elevated by his attentions, but being that her age is 30 on the low end I would've assumed she's familiar with the types of men who use the job environment to find sex. Not to say his behavior is good or appropriate, I've just accepted that some guys are like that and its up to HR to make sure it's not affecting productivity.

As for how to deal with it, just ignore him I suppose. If you're focused on your job, you can't pay attention to other conversations. Y
