This man I work with gets extremely close to me when we are talking.
He’s very attractive, friendly, funny and always very nice to me. He’s not married but he has a girlfriend. I’m 30 and he’s 48.
I haven’t noticed him act in this way with anyone else and this started to happen at the beginning of this year. Even though I’ve worked with him for 5 years.
He split up with this girlfriend in 2020 but they got back together earlier this year. So it’s like he’s started acting this way with me when he got back together with her. It’s weird anyway…..
If we are walking side my side we are like stuck together we almost trip each other up.
I was walking in front of him once and didn’t know he was walking behind me and I stopped to look at something and he walked right into the back of me I almost fell.
Sometimes when I’ve been standing by my desk and he brushes past me so hard I stumble when he has plenty of room to get by without touching me.
If I show him paperwork or pass him something he will always touch my hand.
When we talk or laugh he always nudges me, touches my arm or shoulder.
He has put his hand on my waist once when he opened a door for me.
One time at a works party he was quite drunk and he came and sat next to me. He kept getting so close that our foreheads were touching and he told me he really liked me and said all these things he likes about me.
Although to add to my confusion the last month or so he has started talking to me a lot less and avoids talking to me now.
When we have spoke he mentions his girlfriend a lot and now suddenly keeps posting lots of photos of them together.
What’s going on?
