I'm not ugly and insecure, but I'm a very reserved person and keep to myself. Pretty much everything you explained without the "disgusting" part.
I've noticed that some men keep it a little close to the cuff around me, but usually back off and become really nice when they see that I'm not an asshole.
I haven't been "sized up" by a guy since I was in highschool. Then again, maybe I just don't notice it because I ignore that kind of childish behavior.
You can try to fight me and take me in if you want. I'll kick your ass and steal your girl if that's the road you wanna go down. Otherwise, I got no time for your eyeballing and bravado
I don't know what it is about me but most males I had to live by, around, or went to school with always wanted to start "sumthing" or "test me*
I was & still not the "ladies man" or a "leader" or anything of that sort for guys to want to provoke me
The females on the other hand don't give a shit about me except for the very few who have their reasons why they give me attention

You would think guys would try to provoke the guy whos getting laid the most & is some CEO & hotshot of a big corporation
They'll provoke whoever they're threatened by in some way. Maybe you intimidate them and you don't know it.
Either way, I'd just ignore that shit if I were you. It's not even worth your time.
If you give off a threatened energy, that'll just make it worse.
It's better to just shrug it off and beat the living shit out of them if they decide to step up and get physical. Which they absolutely won't lol
But you would assume a guy who would be threatening to other guys if he's attracting & banging every chick he comes across

Guys who bag a lot of girls and CEO hotshots do get threatened, but they don't put up with it. They're where they're at in life for a reason lol. By continuously outshining everyone and putting them in their place.
Some guys don't see the point in trying to intimidate those guys. They already know they're gonna lose
If I tried to size up Elon Musk, he'd have me dead in a ditch somewhere while he's banging my girl lol

a lot of people underestimate these types of famous people & especially these young 20 something Disney & nickelodeon stars because of how young, naive,& "nice" they appear
But with all that $$$$$ they make off of their tv sictoms they could have anyone they don't personally like "touched"

The woman would either purposely frown at me continually when seeing me over & over a certain period of time or spread rumors about me specifically & have this dislike towards me
I return the favor & from there the animosity builds & we just hate each other on sight
Is this multiple women or just one? She could just be a nut case who has it our for you.
A girl I used to work with did the same thing to me and tried to get me fired by spreading lies. She just had it out for me. Couldn't tell you why
Multiple (20+) therapists, neighbors, cashiers, classmates
I had therapists who went behind my back to talk about me in sexual terms to the other female therapists (my size, if I'm alpha or not)
Female neighbors who were 40+ would also give me the stink eye/evil eye when I would come across them & they would be persistent with this for YEARS
Middle fingers & one female literally running from me when seeing me
SOME of the female cashiers would assume I would hit on them & would get very bitchy & sarcastic by asking me why I'm buying this particular"food" or why I don't buy "this or that" but in a very serious & maybe condescending tone

Maybe try moving. People in your area sound awful.
You could try sleeping with the therapist though, sounds like she wants it lol
One less person in the competition for female attention.
Side Note
Many guys stopped trying to provoke me or size me up when they see how insecure I am but also how I hold grudges very easily
It's a pattern I noticed for years
Guys try to size me up but once they see how much hatred, bitterness,& insecurities I hold within me
They completely cast me out & stop trying to belittle me
