How does someone start to see the good in people?

i thought my last boss was a good person but he was not as he would make rude comments & ownes me $1,200 for a gaming laptop that i give to him but he never paid me for it.

& i made the miskate of texting texting my new boss at 4am one time months ago.

because i was not feeling good & wanted to let her know i was not coming he would always tell me she was up then so i thought it would be ok days later a HR guy from our job calls me about it i was pissed off.

more times i have delet with bad people.

i think all people are garbage.

Many people can be trash but even then, you can typically find something a little good in that.

Don't have expectations, appreciate the little things, and try to be understanding/look at things from another perspective.

Respect can take a long time to be earned, but that time varies from person to person.

Sounds like you've just had some bad luck. Not all people are bad once you move around a little you'll find the right work crew. It took me about 5 years to find the job I am in now with good people.
