A guy asked to hangout I agreed I found some sketchy stuff out about it and he didn’t even tell me I called it off bc I didn’t feel safe to go out with him I told him I couldn’t go something came up he was was like ahh ok with sad face I said yeah sorry he stopped talking to me.

Had a dui and other things against them

And he asked if I could go pick him up. I agreed to do that I knew his situation he didn’t tell me but his friend told me about the dui so I was like oh maybe can’t drive but than I see him posting things of him driving so like why are you having me go there to get you. makes zero sense I thought it over and just didn’t sit well with me. I never met that person either just from talking on text whole thing felt shady and they were the ones asking to hangout tho he should’ve by rights picked me up or like rode separate doesn’t matter but still I never offer that

And was a different location they told me to pick them up at an insurance place parking lot instead of their house they said their house was complicated to get too but just was so shady to me didn’t feel comfortable with that at all I’m learning to trust my instincts i just had a bad feeling about this felt sorry to call it off but had to my safety comes first it’s a shame can’t even go out with a guy without being scared of their motives

Oh yes!! Saved myself here I think prob was a recipe for disaster and I didn’t want to be in that situation especially with someone I never met before I wish I could’ve had friends going with me but didn’t think about it I prob should have investigated more about them before I agreed to go hangout bc When they asked I could’ve said from the start I couldn’t go I messed up bc I got him excited then had to call it off but it was early enough not the day before the date. I just don’t like rejected makes me feel bad but in this case it had to be done couldn’t take chances

Even me talking to him I had no idea who they truly were they could be nice didn’t know that but I was just taking a chance would if it wasn’t as good as I thought and turned into a night, are I didn’t want that happening so this person was just bad news the stuff I found out I’m glad I did it but was out of safety for me. At the end of the day only person you have to lookout for is yourself who knows what they could’ve tried
