I was chatting up with this guy that I've been seeing and out of the blue he got mad and told me that i was seeing another guy told me to stop texting him and ignored me the rest of the day. The same night he called my friend and joked around with her (she told me). The next day he called me acting like nothing happened and wasn't really mad?

No. You should not still talk to this guy. He's clearly fucked. He could be really really fucked (like dangerous) or he could just be regular fucked (a really shitty guy to get involved with). Either way, this is one of those very clear signs. It may seem like a little random weird thing. (and it is). But it means something.

This is something no normal decent guy would ever do. Not ever. Not in a million years.

Any guy who could/would do this, is necessarily fucked up to some degree or another. But enough to definitely stop talking to the guy.

Consider this a red flag.

Do liten to your gut here. It knows what's up. This guy's fucked.
