I don’t know maybe don’t eat them
I have stopped. It was grossing me out because then my pee pop farts remind me of biscottis and visas versus which makes it hard to enjoy eating what’s essentially poo fart pee smelling food.
Exercise drink a lot of water, a gallon a day flush your system out eat fruit
