I would. If they used me as a contact, that probably means they don't have anyone else they could ask. I'm more of an introvert and I've been in this situation before, not having anyone to put down.

Last year when I got sick and had to be admitted to the hospital, it really sucked, because I almost died, and then I had to have surgery, and they told me someone had to be there for the surgery and take me home. So, yeah, putting down an acquaintance, you'd be saving someone's life someday.
