Why in the world would you expect a guy who you are NOT in a relationship with to be spending money on you? Spending money on girls is something that happens IN A RELATIONSHIP, or at the very least, leading up to one (i. e., dating). By your own description, that's not happening, so whatever he's spending his money on is his own business.

Look, this whole thing is chaotic, and that's because you haven't set any boundaries or expectations. You're giving a guy your attention when it's clear that he isn't interested in being in a relationship with you - why would you do that?
