They also sometimes want relationships, and many would agree that sex in a relationship is better than sex outside of one - but that doesn't change the fact that men want sex, and men do not NEED to be in a relationship, or even have feelings for the girl, to want or enjoy sex. It's still sex, and men can separate sex from feelings.

If you weren't giving him what he wanted and needed, even if he hopes you eventually will, if a sure thing comes along, he has NO obligation to you, and he's going to take the sure thing. 99 out of 100 guys would.

If you aren't returning the interest he's showing in you, you don't get to be upset when he accepts some other girl's interest.
