There is a guy in my class who keeps making eye contact with me every time I look over around his direction. Every time our eyes meet, he wouldn't look away but just stare. Even when he is in a conversation with someone else with his mouth talking, he would just stare at me as he speaks (even when he's not talking to me). But so far, he hadn't tried talking to me. He never came over to start a conversation. There was once he asked me if I was doing my homework and another time when he asked about my water bottle. But thats it... It was literally a yes or no question. I'm a very quiet shy girl so I don't talk much to other people. It just seems like I have to make the first move every single time when it comes to guys otherwise, they simply won't approach me or try to get to know me. Other girls say they have guys trying to talk to them all the time. No guys ever do that to me. I always have to do all the work. This is especially hard as a very shy girl.
I've decided not to pursue him because if a guy were truly interested, he would approach. This dude decided not to.

You know ma'am there was a girl same like you we use to have a lots of eye contact , so i decided to talk wid her and so i didn't get the chance to talk her in person , so at last i messaged her on social media. I've even apologize to her saying that i do wanna tell you on your face but never got a chance to say , so i am telling you on your social media account.
I am now really embarrassed that i did messaged her. Now i don't know what to do when i come in front of her. She really runs away from me since i messaged her.
I didn't said anything bad to her , i don't know did i do right or wrong?
I think same things are going in his mind. Need ur opinion in this also.
