Just get over it. There will always be someone better than you in anything. Even though men are generally more physically capable (both the average and the top are higher), you are most likely not a top athlete and can still be beaten by individuals that are above the average. lol Don't. Life is a winning/losing proposition. You can't always win. From a Gender-Blind perspective, it's about physical strength. Size & muscles. If she is more muscular than you she'll obviously defeat you, again regardless of gender. If she's a bodybuilder or something you can always hit the gym.
