What do you think is this guy's problem?

Question

Making fun of everyone's appearance on social media live broadcasts, insulting and swearing at them out of the blue, laughing at their plight, spending time making fun of hundreds of people like this, enjoying their anger. What do you think is the problem with the guy who made these. The man does this mostly to women, making fun of their appearance and eventually getting blocked. He's doing this to hundreds of people and having fun, he can do it for hours nonstop.

she enjoys the suffering of the victims and it is pleasant to disturb their psychology, even there are victims who are extremely psychologically disturbed, she turns off the broadcast, cries, and the troll wants the victim's life to slip by excessively enjoying it.

I am not a mental health professional so this these are just guesses, take them with a grain of salt: He's got some deep-seated issues with females. Impossible to know what's happened in his past, but he carries a lot of resentment toward them. He likes attacking them on the internet because it's safe and he can essentially go unchecked and without repercussions (until he gets blocked.) He's a hardcore sexual Sub, and is looking for them to argue back, so that he can feel energized by their anger.  It's a form of attention-seeking. Similar to little boys who believe 'even bad attention is good attention.' He has anger issues, but he only goes after females because they are a much easier target. Most won't fight back verbally, they'll just walk away or block. Guys would come at him hard, and he'd probably lose that verbal sparring. But girls give in, get sad, take things personally, and too often believe that he genuinely means the insults about their appearance.

He has a big problem, or should I say ‘small’ problem known as small dick syndrome. This is a term us aussies use for men with anger problems because 9 times out of 10 these type of men have insecurities usually due to having a small penis. South Park explains it best in the TMI episode haha

Reminds me of a guy who was on here a couple of years ago. He claimed to be an OBGYN physician, but yet had misogynistic stuff on his profile. He made fun of the Covid pandemic at its height, which a physician wouldn't do. Not sure what his maladaptive psychology was. Besides being an ass.

He’s got some issues/insecurities of his own that he needs to work through but refuses cause a lot of men were raised to believe “man no show emotion. Man no allowed to have personal issues. No emotion good” (imagine that’s being said in a caveman’s voice).
