My Managers always scowl when I speak to them While being super friendly and Personal with everyone Else. However I Overheard them praising me when they thought I was Not there.
why do they Act like this? I feel like I Annoy them

For future reference; that kind of thing is exactly why managers are so leery of dealing with female employees. I don't know what happened in that situation, but you're saying that he intentionally bumped into you. If he didn't intentionally bump into you, it's your word against his. This could turn into a needlessly stressful situation.
