After I told this guy that I think likes me about another guy. He told me a few or couple days after that, that he's been up in his head and he told me today at work again that he's up in his head. I was trying to kind of cheer him up I told him he needs to loosen up and that's when he said he up in his head. I asked him was it over a girl and he said nah it's about maintenance work. When I told him about the other guy he was even giving me advice. So could it be he was just all up in his head about the maintenance work. He never expressed this before and we've been working together for about 2years. I don't know maybe 🤔 it could be just about work.
This is the guy that constantly staring at me to the point that another coworker has pointed it out to me she said he practically looked straight through her when he was looking at me. He also blushes, fidgets and his voice sounds shaky when talking to me but his voice doesn't shake anymore. Then again it could be just about work.

Maybe because you talk to him and he thinks you're attractive? Up in his head might mean he has you on his mind? Guys get distracted when they like a girl.
Do u think it's about work? he said it was when I asked him. He said it was about the maintenance work. Can a guy be up in their head about work or is it usually about a girl. He told me the first time he was going through something in his head but I would've assumed by it being work related he would've told me flat out. We work together so I would think that he would've told me the first time he mentioned he was in his head.

It depends on the guy. If he's a good, kind person, he can. Other guys are consumed by jealousy and usually don't.
Yeah he's a good kind person. I just wish he stop with the staring and glances and ask me out. He must not like me that much. I don't know if it's because we work together or he just not that into me. I mean he's constantly looking my friend says he showing interest and she thinks we have connection but she doesn't know what type of connection it is.
He might just be really shy. A lot of shy guys say very little about the girl they like but think about her all the time.
Well he told me he was a confident guy he talks to everyone pretty easily.
And he's the on always initiating the conversation with me.

Confident guys can be confident about a ton of things but when it comes to a girl he happens to like... Just speaking for myself I'm pretty shy when it comes to letting a girl know that I have feelings for her.

One last thing do u think he might have been a little jealous. Some of the guys were fooling around with me and things got a little loud with laughter and after it was over I went to the break room where he was eating his lunch. The first thing he said to me was " sounds like u guys were having fun out there" he didn't even look at me when he said it and when he said it, it wasn't with a joyful or joking way all though when I told him who was fooling around with me he kinda half chuckled not a real laugh.
There was another incident with the same guy. He hurt his hand and I ask him what was wrong and the guy that likes me saw it and I started asking the guy was his hand hurting him. A couple days after... the guy that likes me ask another girl who was washing her hands in the break room if her hands were hurting her and I said wait what... is he copying what I said to that other guy so I left the break room walking fast and he was speed walking right behind me. I don't if it was just a coincidence or what.
