But they do want motivated guys with skills, income and some assets who can provide for a stable future. They also want guys they can trust and who love and respect them.
In other words, they want men.

By quality girls, I'm not talking about fucking virgins who want to be submissive housewives. I'm talking about women who are smart, fit and motivated; have self esteem, self respect, strong work ethics, job skills, the ability to support themselves, and enjoy living life to the fullest. They don't need a man. They want one because they are heterosexual, have a libido, and want a partner with whom they can build a happy future as a couple.

100% correct. If porn has given men unrealistic expectations for women, then social media has given women unrealistic expectations for men. The majority of women are highly entitled, as you say.

I never went on Tinder, but there are too many men for too few women, plus many men are just here for a hook up.
