Mostly to be nosy and check you out. It does NOT mean he wants a relationship with you, or is interested in anything other than sex!!! He probably just wants to check out your feed/pictures regularly. Fuckboys are the type that don't anything serious with you, yet don't want you in a relationship or happy either.

Just block or ignore: though I know blocking doesn't do much nowadays, at least you won't have to look at him, lol.
