How are you quantifying an emotion? That is impossible to do because only that person would know how much they loved someone. You can only assume. Also what is the measurement that you are using to compare the two people? Is it metric? This makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever so I say no this is not true. You cannot measure love sadness happiness and so on. That is just not possible. So I don't know how you can know the guy loves you twice as much when love isn't a measurable thing.

I agree with @_maya_ (which is rare😆). You're trying measure love as though it could be measured. According to who's standards? Who's to say who loves who and how much. Also showing love in relationships ebbs and flows. It's never a constant thing. I mean you may love your partner while wanting to choke the s*** out of them sometimes.😆
I think you're confusing love with attention. And I think you're going to be very disappointed with that long term if that's what you chase.
