He talks to everyone including older and younger women but with me he is only friendly if others are around. When we are alone he looks at me like I’m super boring and unimportant and sometimes he physically hides from me. He never jokes around with me as he does with others. I’m not a beauty but I’m by far not the ugliest of all the women he speaks to and there are no rumors spreading about me. So what could be the reason for his behaviour? He barely knows me but acts like I offended him

I don’t like him more than my other coworkers and supervisors who are very friendly and polite with me. This dude however goes out of his way to show me that I’m unimportant to him but I never thought otherwise. It is just very obvious because he is so close to and interested in everyone else including new coworkers
He also looks annoyed or to the side when he greets me in the hall but smiles to everyone else. It’s just subtle signs that indicate his dislike for me
