I can't be the only one thinking this but why don't you just approach him yourself? we live in 2023 its not just the mans job anymore to approach. if you feel something ask him out yourself. :P
Most men are scared to cold approach women these days due to a variety of factors such as declining testosterone levels and the potential for serious consequences if the woman doesn't like him. In some places in Europe cold approaches can be illegal.
@spartan55 And they're giving up power by being the ones to put themselves out there and risk rejection. They can't just set back while someone else does all the work.
I wouldn't approach someone I'm interested in. I usually go out of my way to avoid them. If you're too pretty for me why would I waste your time? Is usually how I handle it.
I'm shy and DESPISE being expected to make the first move. You women get asked out so many times that it means nothing to you anyway so why don't you try making the first move?
It's hard to say. He could not be ready for a relationship, he could be scared of rejection, he could be just visiting. The thing is it takes more than chemistry to make a relationship work.

Sometimes I see a woman I can't keep my eyes off... doesn't mean I want to invite them into my life. Sometimes just enjoying the view is enough.
Why don’t guys approach you when the chemistry is just obvious?
cause they gay as 💩, that’s why.
might as well come out already 🌈 lmao
They fear rejection, or causing you discomfort, or they see you and think, 'She's out of my league.". If you see someone attractive, say hello.
Why couldn’t you approach him? Just say hello? Ask him an innocent question? Would it of “killed you” to do so?

Oh my... you aren't very patient, are you?
I am not, I am a go-getter about things in my life and I like the same from men.
You haven't met him yet.
You’re not behaving like a go getter. A go getter would’ve approached the person they wanted.
I don't think it's obvious to them. Some men are clueless
Well, common is he is afraid to take a risk as he does not want to face rejection.
Beauty can be intimidating
But are you sure you want to repeat history?
Why don't women just shoot their shot at men they're interested in rather than setting back and expecting someone else to initiate?
Because the mere possibility of rejection is like bug repellant to women.

Lots of guys (and girls) in our age group never really learned how to engage a relative stranger in a conversation. They are inept in that area.
Maybe the chemistry wasn't as obvious as you thought :/
You do realise that we live in a post-MeToo world? What's the context here?
Because I doubt that this was at a night club.
why isn't it obvious that what obbvious to woman men are oblivious too n what obvious to us woman are oblivious too
Women need to understand this. It will help them out so much.

Liking the way each other looks is not chemistry. You have to actually talk to somebody to know if there's chemistry.
