He doesn't take good selfies he always keeps it below or too close to his face and this makes him look bad compared to what he actually looks like. I don't understand why most men are like this?

I think a lot of people have a different view of what is beautiful than what the majority or the opposite gender does. An example is when I used to post photos I thought I looked good in asking for people to rate me, I would get lower ratings but when I posted photos online where I thought I looked ugly I would get much higher ratings. I also have people in my family that others consider very attractive that I think are ugly and I have people in my family I consider to be good looking that other people think are extremely ugly, so my sensory judgment of beauty and ugliness is not common.

I am also like that. I don't like taking selfies 😅. They just look weird to me. I think woman are supposed to look better in photos. Men are not supposed to look beautiful.

Don't get me wrong but selfies? Come on really, you should understand self is not better than the collective soul. Men are naturally interested in collective work. Women have a more spotlight addiction but not always.
