A guy in my class was presenting himself in front of the whole class; however, when he was talking, I was the only one he was looking at and making eye contact with when he spoke. What does this mean?

Not much in my opinion. I wouldn't take it to mean anything if he was giving a presentation. It may be subconscious that he looked in the same direction. That can be caused by nerves. It is actually made worse when you are consciously trying to remember to look around at everyone. What happens is then you lose focus on what you are presenting. People stumble over words and then stop thinking about where they are looking a concentrate back on the presentation. Then they fall back to not scanning the audience. This was a whole part of a pysch class I took for my undergrad degree. Interesting stuff.
