I met this guy on a dating app. I suggested taking a stroll on the first date. He took a picture of me on the mountains, the view was great. He invited me to meals during the date but I was so shy that I turned down, but counteroffered that we can go out for a walk another day. I gave him a cookie before we parted. He invited me to a meal an hour after the first date, but I also turned down politely, saying that we could go outside and take a walk another day. He rarely texted me after the date, but always immediately replied me if I texted him. Does he like me?

He probably didn't text after your date because didn't want to come on to strong and scare you away so just get him alone and tell him how you feel if you like him.
