Guys, Does this guy like me?

I need guys opinion on eye contact and behavior of attraction There's this coworker, we have some common interests. we get along naturally but it is all in work. He always heard me saying I have trust issues regarding relationships and men Yesterday he was asking something then stared in my eyes and long pause, a very deep and long eye contact like he got lost, narrowed his eyes, kept staring then I was like ' r u okay? ' I didn't mean to be rude I was embarrassed because our coworkers surrounded us, everybody is watching.. then he continues talking.. Sometimes he open topics like asking me how I am, why do I look sad that day for an example. Other days it's cool We always share deep eye contact while talking but this one was intimidating and made me think think. I kinda like him.. but I'm scared and he said nothing.. Do you think this guy might like me?

I would say that, that is not enough to make a conclusion. Try watching closely how he treats you compared to other female colleagues and see if you are different. The eye contact could also have been concern from what I can gather.

If it bothers you you could always ask what it means. Directly is hard but you will get your answer. Indirectly, you could ask next time he stares "stare any longer and I might think you fancy me" or something better, I'm not very witty.
