I will respond to that, because that’s something I’ve been told in the past and have thought about too, years ago, when I was younger.

Why did I turn it down? I didn’t know anyone there, I didn’t want to be alone in a foreign country, and processing corn is smelly. I wasn’t a die hard corn processing fan so I wasn’t about to go anywhere on Earth to lrocess it. As far as I know, Archer Daniels Midland opened up the plant and is still online last I was aware. I hope they are as green as we are over here when it comes to the environment, China has a bad reputation for that.

Also, my roots are deep here in the US, son of the soil. I took opportunities in different states here. I got my own family and friends I want to be around.

That’s another reason why you’re an alpha female. You TOOK that opportunity to go to China. You were courageous and secure enough to leave your family and friends behind. You knew that wherever you go, security follows. And, you were brave enough to be vulnerable and let yourself love.
