Why would a man only look into your eyes during conversation?

Well eye contact is one of the biggest not verbal forms of communication. So eye contact when being spoken to displays a higher degree of self confidence and self esteem. It also allows for you to connect with someone in a more personal way and display to them that you are actively listening to them.

Eye movement can tell you if they are honestly trying to remember something, make up something or are being truly honest about what they are saying. Never trust someone with shifty eyes, right?

If eye contact makes you uncomfortable, then you have to look at what I have just said and ask yourself honestly what it is about this person that makes you uncomfortable.

But even if you do not know what it is exactly, always trust your gut.
