
My boyfriend keeps telling me I should lose some weight and work out more, but he loves my boobs so how would I compromise this? Do I even need to?


Your boyfriend's comments don't sound very supportive. Your body is yours, and you should feel comfortable in your own skin no matter what size or shape you are. Working out is great if it makes you feel good, but not everyone needs to or wants to change their body. Maybe tell him his remarks make you self-conscious, and you'd prefer if he focused on appreciating you for who you are inside, not just your appearance. A respectful partner will love you for you, not try changing little things. If he keeps it up after you talked to him, that might be a red flag. You deserve someone who thinks you're perfect just as you are!

Yeah I'm going to go with boobs when every time I guess it depends on you I guess it depends on what you want to do because it is your choice
I can't really see what he's talking about but if you want to do something for yourself and if you think you need to do it then go work out or
30 minutes a day for 30 days walk at a fast pace and I guarantee you your whole body will tone up even your boobs you think he likes them. Now wait until after 30 days but you have to commit to it though
You should workout regularly for your heath anyway. But if you want to keep your boobs, you need to be mindful of HOW you workout. Focus on strength training (lift more) and don't overdo the cardio. The girls who overdo cardio end up losing boobs and frequently end up skinny/fat anyway which is where you appear thin but have very little muscle, your boobs are largely gone but your bodyfat percentage is still oddly high.
Instead focus on strength training. You'll add muscle mass which burns fat more efficiently. Your natural shape will improve (bubble bum, shapely legs, better waist to hip ratio, flatter tummy) but with minimal damage done to your boobs. That's the ideal situation for you.

@BoopBoopBeep Thanks man! I'm honestly pretty shocked how this hasn't become MUCH more common knowledge in terms of fitness for women. Especially for girls with an endomorph body type like QA. With strength training that body type becomes SUPER hot.
In my opinion your boobs are really ok and more than that they are really perfect and gorgeous and you don’t seem like you need to lose weight or even going to the gym but if you should then I would recommend the gym just for definition to further boost your curves and shapes!!
You should do what makes you feel comfortable in your own body. When you lose weight everything goes with it except muscle. If he's concerned with you having flabby arms or having a belly it will go away with time but you're breast will be come smaller and sag because that's just muscle covered with fat. I say just start jogging and watch what you eat and drink less alcohol. You don't have to be perfect but a little effort. He'll respect you more for doing a little jog twice a week. 😄

Alright listen, as someone who loves to work out, your BREASTS are NEVER compromised when you work out. But of course, if you're trying to be a bodybuilder, then say goodbye to them breasts.
exercise won't shrink boobs. check with your family physician it might be an important health issue to lose weight. if not then inform guy.
if it's not something you agree you need to do, then don't do it and tell him to stop bringing it up.
