I am going to assume by "toxic masculinity" you mean red pill ideas, so I will tell you this: unless your ideas and advice can get men laid as well as Andrew Tate's you won't be able to effectively address it. I keep seeing people lamenting men "being lost to the manosphere" without the slightest hint of awareness as to why, so let me put it like this:

Feminist C: You need to check your privilege you cishet male! You aren't entitled to sex regardless of how much effort you put in but you should still treat women like they are goddesses and take them out and dote on them. Just be yourself and the right woman will come your way, also you don't get to judge her so if she's fat, has another man's kid, or is a sex worker you should still be so lucky because she's a queen!

What is "toxic masculinity" would be where I start. I can't even begin to start solving a problem unless I can identify what the problem is.

At this phase, I'm left wondering if some white knight is going to point out some dude that gets more pussy than him and is obviously just jelly. Or if it's some bitter chick that gets tired of getting played by fuckboys but she obviously only gives fuckboys the chance at her V-hole.

I think guys like Andrew Tate are popular cause the average female hates him in secret and does not post about how unattractive they find him. His personality is crap, his body is the only redeeming quality he has which isn't perfect, just maybe slightly above average, his brain is fried, his speech is disgusting, he is also a pathological liar and a possible rapist. If you did an honest survey to find out if decent woman find him attractive, 99% would say no. It's just most girls are non confrontational and do not share their thoughts about how much they loathe worthless bullies like him so only the apes that support him are promoted online while his enemies are quiet.

I guess one of the biggest ways is to make the average non incel, non manosphere guy realize, that toxic masculinity is NOT the same as masculinity and no one has anything against normal masculinity. If that is a more widely known fact, more people would actually speak against the actual problem instead of 'defending masculinity' and 'going against the feminization'.

Men are getting a lot trash messages from terrible men they consider role models that are only going to keep them stuck in delusion about what self improvement means, as well as their role and value in society, fleeting short term relationships with women and estranged relationships with their children.

Very true. I am a traditional man. The sad and disappointing part for me is to realize that so many of these supposed "masculine men" are pushing some pretty dangerous ideals that do not make sense anymore. The idea that to be a man you can't feel is absurd. Or the idea that to be a man you have to work out, make tons of money, have a lot of girls etc. No you most certainly do not in fact no Man actively thinks that. I am fit but I do not work out. I do have a lot of money. I do not have a lot of girls I have 1 girl... my wife. Men absolutely should feel any and all feelings they have. The dangerous part is if men ACT on the negative feelings. I cherish my children and love them and do everything I can for them. I also cherish my wife and make sure she knows it every day. I have seen the red pill videos here and there and while some of the points they make are valid they dilute the effectiveness of it with toxicity and garbage.

Yes it's also a problem but most of the time it's a thing that only affects women and only to a lesser extent men. That's why it's not as widely discussed because most incel manosphere people would love it. If you don't hear it discussed that just means you are in a kind of information bubble.
