I’m 30 he’s 70 does the builder to my property have a crush on me?

I know this is crazy to ask the internet ; but my friends are of no help as I feel some are either jealous or self absorbed. I moved into this townhouse built by this well renowned builder of my area. He’s married with a wife who’s 70, and his son in law : (his daughter’s husband) is his assistant and works on the property as well. Any maintenance I need I always contact the son in law and never have any contact with the builder. My mom moved in with me ; and she very often takes walks around the development ; and that’s become a huge tool for the builder to ask bizarre questions about me such as (what piano does your daughter have up there, is that a baby grand or grand? Do you own a Mercedes dealership why does your daughter always have a new Mercedes, he’ll also come by my front door 2-3 times a week and park his car outside my mailbox so he can talk to me and try to pet my dogs. His son in law can’t stand me ; but all his maintenance crew wave at me and giggle. My mom doesn’t get why he keeps asking questions ; and I don’t either - he’s very (there) every time I am outside - and I don’t know really how he knows I’m out and about but he manages. He loves sitting in his car tracking my maintenance appointments- and telling me stories about his dogs - I thought it was odd he wanted to know how I obtained a new Mercedes. Thoughts? I just need some guidance I never had to deal with this - and as he is charming - he is old and being creepy and is married.
