Guys, what's the best way to get turned down after shooting your shot over text?

One of my new co-workers, whom had been suspiciously friendly since I arrived, has finally sent me the dreaded "wyd" text after a Thanksgiving get-together we both attended.

I'm very likely to end up as his direct supervisor at some point, and I'm already part of his leadership as is, so I'd like to be as quick and kind as possible with my rejection.

He has since followed up with "What's up" and two phone calls. He's obviously drunk so I've ignored the calls and just replied "respectfully, no". Fingers-crossed that's the end of it.

Don't worry, I take personal offense to my coworkers showing attraction to me and go out of my way to be as unappealing as possible within workplace standards. And after this, I'm only speaking to him if it's absolutely necessary for work.

Any guy who shoots his shot over text deserves to get brutally shot down. That would hopefully teach him never to do that again--a lesson that if learned, would greatly improve his life.
