My boss and i used to flirt a lot and it was clear we liked eachother. I think he realised it was wrong so it stopped and he completely ignored me for months. Now we are friendly and i feel he's acting like a normal person around me again. However, he's started to get closer again (will message me but then not reply to my responce) Why can't he just stop this and be normal? I would say im just being friendly like i am with all my co workers so not pushing him or anything. Is my gut right that he likes me too much and can't regulate his behaviour or is he just being an idiot.
