Am I missing something? Why are guys so complicated?

I have a guy friend at work that’s married, but we still joke around and bicker and play fight back and forth most days. Then he goes through phases where he looks through me, won’t meet my eyes, is super dismissive, but I’ll catch him watching me out of my peripheral vision. Am I missing something? Did I do something wrong?

We aren't complicated. You seem to think you should be the only thing on his mind at all times when he is around you. You aren't. Stop thinking everything is about you and stop watching him like a hawk.

Something happened probably in his marriage or family. Guys are pretty easy!

You just have to get them to open up and not brood like he is doing.

Maybe his wife found out about you two being so close and got mad?
