How long is too long to be upset with someone?

There is no time limit it all depends on the severity for one's anger, some people carry that anger to their grave, carrying, holding a grudge does nothing but slowly rests you from inside, causes all kinds of health issues no one needs that, but humans being the emotional creatures were are it's unavoidable to not get angry I say if you find yourself still at odds with someone say 3 or more days later that's to long and need to let go

You know by then if you will be able to forgive and move forward. Being angry just wastes your time and energy. Harbouring a grudge or I forgiveness does nothing to the other person so why let them live rent free in your head?

Forgive but remember forgiveness does not create relationships. It can help build them, but it's not a relationship itself.

Really long story. There was drama at work and he got upset with it. I didn't cause it but other people did and he stopped talking to me because of it.
