Why don't guys who find me attractive ever try to talk to me?

every rare time a guy is attracted to me. i always have to make the first move. all they do is stare at me. then the rest , i am expected to perform. Meanwhile, i see all my other female friends get approached and hit on by all types of guys effortlessly. am i just kinda cute, not attractive enough for guys to try hard?

It works like this: Most likely, you're drop dead gorgeous and all those guys would LOVE to be your boyfriend but, they figure, someone as pretty as you MUST have at least one boyfriend already and several more lined up to take his place if you choose to drop him so, they won't have ANY chance with so, there's just no point in them even trying! Also, they don't want to risk being turned down by the most beautiful girl in the school! ESPECIALLY if some of their friends are nearby watching and waiting to make fun of them for getting turned down by you!
Sadly, YOU'RE gonna HAVE to make the first move unless a guy that knows how that works and isn't afraid to get turned down or knows that you're still single, gives it a shot.
Maybe if you can find a way to drop SOME kind of hint that you're NOT spoken for, you'll get a few nibbles.

why do some girls get guys trying to talk to them without her ever making an effort? why does it seem like i always have to make the first move? even if i smile at a guy, he WON'T talk to me. i have to initiate the convo. it makes no sense. i promise you im not drop dead gorgeous, just kinda pretty

I guess because they're pretty but kind of average-looking so, no big risk, there.
It could be that they just don't know how to start a conversation with a gorgeous girl and don't want you to think they're an idiot when their shyness causes them to get tongue-twisted in front of you. Maybe it's the same way with them feeling clumsy. Maybe they just feel someone as pretty as you will NEVER go with a guy like them.
Another thing about the really pretty girls is that they tend to think they're ugly, partly BECAUSE guys won't approach them! Rather than thinking that it's BECAUSE they're so pretty, they think they MUST be ugly!
When I was in college, there was this incredibly gorgeous girl that I was madly in love with!! She looked like a cross between Debby Harry (she could've been Debbie's twin sister!), Kim Cattrall and Marilyn Monroe and EVERY guy on campus wanted her! But, she thought she was fat and ugly!! Even though she was never without a boyfriend! When I met her, she was with Mark, a year later, she was with Marc, a few months later, she was with Ian. After that, she was done with school and I only saw her once or twice more after that. I saw a picture of her a few years ago, she's in her 50's now and IS a bit on the chubby side but she's still gorgeous! I'd take her in a heartbeat, if she wanted me!

Those other girls are putting in work you aren't I know you think you are, but you're really not. Those women are constantly showing those guys interest and flirting with them. They're just very subtle about it. If it makes you feel any better, most of those girls are b****es. And most of those girls don't like ANY of those guys. It's all one big game to her. Humans are f***ed up hun. Welcome to the human race.

They might find you so attractive that they feel out of your league or are intimidated or lack self confidence. Make yourself available and easy to talk to.
